Mighty Millie Foundation, Inc.
Effective date: October 6, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Mighty Millie Foundation’s website and Childhood Cancer Resource Guide. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
About Mighty Millie Foundation
Mighty Millie Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer through our programs, research funding, and resource information.
Website and Resource Information
We provide information about our programs, events, fundraising activities, and resources for childhood cancer families.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but content may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee that a resource will be available, that you will qualify for assistance, or that an organization will respond to your request.
Contact each organization directly to confirm its current services, eligibility requirements, application process, and availability.
Childhood Cancer Resource Guide
The Childhood Cancer Resource Guide helps adult caregivers explore resources across the United States through ChatGPT.
The guide uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it.
The guide is free to use and offers no purchases. ChatGPT access, account requirements, subscriptions, and plugin availability are determined by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies.
We may update or discontinue the guide as needed.
No Medical or Professional Advice
Information on our website and through the Resource Guide is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The guide does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace your child’s healthcare team. Direct medical questions to a qualified healthcare professional. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Donations and Givebutter
We use Givebutter to process donations and support fundraising activities. Transactions made through Givebutter are also subject to its applicable terms, privacy policy, and payment provider requirements.
Review the donation amount, recurring donation settings, and any optional fees or tips before submitting a transaction.
For questions about a donation, an accidental payment, or a refund request, contact us at nick@mightymillie.org. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
To change or cancel a recurring donation, use the management link provided with your donation communications or contact us for assistance.
The tax treatment of a contribution depends on your circumstances and whether you receive goods or services in return. Consult your tax advisor for guidance.
Events and Programs
Events and programs may have additional registration terms, cancellation policies, participation requirements, or waivers. Those terms will be provided when applicable.
Dates, locations, activities, and availability may change. We will share updates through the relevant event or program communications.
