Will I receive a tax giving statement?

Absolutely. All of our donors will receive a giving statement at the start of each year.

What is the 501(c)(3) status?

Mighty Millie Foundation, Inc. is incorporated and applying for our public charity status. We hope to be fully completed in the first half of 2022. When we get our 501(c)(3) approval from the IRS, we will use our date of incorporation as our official start date.

Mighty Millie Foundation, Inc. was incorporated by the Secretary of State of Georgia on November 29, 2021.
