A Season of Popsicle Giving for Childhood Cancer
We’re very happy to report that the Mighty Millie Popsicle Project is outpacing every expectation we had at the start of the year, from popsicle stands supporting the project to hospitals signing up. We set out with a goal to support 10 hospitals in 2023. We believed this was a sustainable number of hospitals and could iron out any details over the course of a year. We had no idea we would reach that goal in a few short weeks during February.
We had cases of popsicles on our dining room table. We had neighbors and friends loading up delivery after delivery. There was no more room to expand with how fast we were growing. We needed professional help. We found the best partners. Fast forward to today, and we are able to sustainably add more hospitals with our great partners at GoodPop, Atlanta Bonded Warehouse, and UPS. The four of us make an amazing team generating orders for our partner hospitals when there is a need and making sure the freezers are always stocked.
Currently the project is located at 20 hospitals and growing. We just donated our 27,000th popsicle! That’s tens of thousands small moments of big joy. From a child and their siblings sharing a hospital bed, to a boy needing to get through a tough moment, to a little patient gaining the confidence in eating again after having a feeding tube, the stories we hear from parents, caregivers, nurses, and child life specialists are unreal.
How fast the Mighty Millie Popsicle Project grows depends on making more amazing connections and the continued funds to support the project. That’s where we need your help. Mighty Millie Foundation has a few initiatives to help support this project and other areas of giving in the final weeks of 2022.

Donate a Bag of Popsicles - For only $10, send a bag of popsicles to kids fighting cancer. Donations will help us expand to more locations even faster.
Cheers to One Year - Raise a glass with us at Glover Park Brewery on Wednesday, November 30th at 6:30pm.
Gold Circle - Donate $10 or more per month to join the monthly giving program.
