We invite you to join us in spreading awareness by building healthy habits together— all with our Millie’s long, hard fight in mind.💛
Cancer treatment takes a tremendous toll on bodies, both big and small. An unbelievable amount of physical, mental, and emotional strength is required for a young body to endure such draining treatments as chemotherapy and radiation. Starting September 1st, we’re asking people to join us in collecting miles intentionally for those who have fought and are currently fighting pediatric cancer.🎗
MILES FOR MILLIE GOALS:
1. To move our bodies purposefully, because WE CAN and get the choice.
2. To reflect on the strength and determination it takes for a little body to fight pediatric cancer & to honor those brave fighters with our thoughts, prayers, fitness goals, and intentions while moving.
3. To wear our Mighty Millie t-shirts while gaining miles, in order to spread awareness of pediatric cancer & remind us of our “why” for moving/exercising.
4. To keep track of our intentional Miles for Millie and share them. We will collect them all & be encouraged by the miles we’ve earned.
5. To share this opportunity and motivate others to be the best versions of themselves while continuing to shine Millie’s Light with those around us.
🌈 There is no “right” or “wrong” way to get Miles for Millie. You can walk, run, cycle, dance, and move your body in whatever way feels best FOR YOU! Steps can be easily be translated into distance, so for those activities that are harder to track, please count your steps and let us know!
